- Parents must complete a Family Enrollment Form. Completing and signing this form constitutes your acceptance of the rules and regulations of Northside Academy.
- Parents must complete a Church School Enrollment Form for each child aged 6 to 17 in the household that will be homeschooled. This is the form that is turned in to the local school board and your copy is proof that your child is enrolled in school. A copy is also kept in your file in the event you need additional copies in the future.
- Parents must sign a Waiver of Liability and have it notarized releasing Northside Bible Church and Northside Academy and any representative of either institution from responsibility and liability for the education of your children. Only the parents are responsible and liable for the education of their children.
RETURNING MEMBERS OF NORTHSIDE BIBLE ACADEMY
An updated Family Enrollment Form is required each year. However, you do not need to fill out a Church School Enrollment Form unless you have moved in the last year or unless you have a child who is turning six this year. If so, then complete a CSEF for each child (if moved) or complete a CSEF for the child who is turning six this year.
Due to changes in the homeschooling laws, HSLDA is no longer mandatory for renewing families or families enrolling at the beginning of the school year. It is still strongly recommended, however. If you register in the middle of the school year, then HSLDA is mandatory for the first year.
Cover fees:
- $50 per family per year
- $25 registration fee for new enrollees
Note: If you are renewing family and you fail to renew covering by September 1st, you will be charged a registration fee as well.
